Experience Julie’s signature system for couples!  You’ll learn how to unite and align as a team, while also appreciating and accepting individual differences, so each of you can experience fulfillment and purpose in your relationship.

About the Program

  • 9 Couples Sessions: 2:1 sessions with Julie
  • 3 Individual Sessions each: 1:1 sessions with Julie
  • Meet weekly in-person, via phone or Zoom with the following schedule: Sessions 1, 5 and 9 will be 1:1 individual sessions and the rest will be 2:1 couples sessions.  Each person will receive a total of 12 sessions (including both their couples and individual sessions)
  • Client action guides and handouts provided to support most sessions
  • Email support during business hours in between sessions
  • Couples Welcome package

  • Discover your desires: Gain understanding and clarity around them.
  • Become Heard:  Re-learn how to communicate with curiosity, honesty, respect and without fear so truth can be heard and received.
  • Take Responsibility:  Set boundaries that honor your desires, own your limitations, and stop “shoulding” all over yourself and your significant other to allow space to grow individually and as a couple.
  • Hold Each Other as Capable: Stay present, become detached from outcomes, and celebrate effort and progress.
  • Let Love In: Cultivate a relationship of winners only.
  • Prioritize Pleasure: Connect in play and enjoy being seen and appreciated.

What is a typical session like?

While every session is customized to address your specific goals and challenges, the flow of each session will follow a cadence that you will quickly come to know and appreciate.

  • All sessions begin with an opportunity to recognize what's going well; gratitude FIRST!
  • There will be space to discuss challenges/obstacles you came up against between sessions.
  • We will discuss action items from the previous session; this is where you are held accountable.
  • Next up is the topic for the day. There could be exercises, discussions or any number of useful tools to gain understanding of the material. 
  • Your action steps will be assigned for the next week.
  • Closing comments.
